Sometimes the universe gives us exactly what we need—exactly when we need it.
If we allow ourselves to be empty vessels, still learning, every day with beginner’s mind, we can receive so much from each other.
We don’t necessarily get to choose what we carry with us from our past…
I went back to Chicago this past weekend. Just a whirlwind trip of a few days—family stuff.
Stop everything you are doing right now and get present.
